My Health and Fitness Journey
I am a true believer in living an active and healthy lifestyle. Weightlifting serves as my daily release from stress and preps me mentally for the day ahead. Weightlifting also adds to the challenges of life that I seek to overcome and it brings me a sense of completion and joy as I lift heavier weights on a weekly basis.
I have also been gluten free for the last five years which ultimately has cut out some of the unhealthy foods that I used to eat on a regular basis. As an individual who struggles with numerous skin conditions such as eczema; living a healthy lifestyle has allowed me to cope with negative external judgements and has made me feel confident in my own skin.

My family business has also influenced my healthy eating habits as we own and operate a food and electrical distribution company called Hadco Ltd. As a first generation company with many subsidiaries; it has afforded me the opportunity to work in the food and distribution industry across a multitude of areas including retail, distribution, manufacturing and export.

I hope to one day add value to the company's current position and lead it in the future direction as a leader in local manufacturing and export across the Caribbean.
This weeks deadlift personal best!
I challenge myself on a weekly basis to lift heavier weight in the gym. This week I was able to lift 315 pounds for 3 sets of 2 repetitions!
I am aiming to increase the weight by 10 pounds each week to eventually reach my goal of lifting 405 pounds.
